The Corner Beach House may have amenities and features that others in the area do not (4th floor Lighthouse with views like no other, 5 Large decks, Large HDTV with free HD HBO, 2 Kitchens, Sauna and Jacuzzi bathrooms, professional decorated/landscaped etc…). See our pictures they speak louder than words. The Corner Beach House is right on the Beach! With amazing Ocean and Inlet views. Also our service is top notch as our management crew lives right next door! You get a lot for your investment!

 

Please note we do NOT charge a mandatory Cleaning Fee as most other properties do. Additionally there are no taxes or additional fees added to our rates.

WEEKEND RENTALS:
(2 nights, 3 days) 

$2500 – October.
$2300 – November through April.
$3000 – May.
$4000 – June.
$5800 – July and August.
$3400 – September.
Special rates may apply for Holidays, please inquire. Need a single night on the weekend! We can do that during the fall/winter months, please inquire for rates. Thank you!

MID-WEEK RENTALS: 
Enjoy the beautiful “Corner Beach House” any night between Sunday night and Thursday night for a special low rate.
**Ask about an additional discount for stays 3 nights or more!**
$500 per night – October through April.
$750 per night – May/June.
$1000 per night – July/August.
$700 per night – September.
2 night minimum, Special rates may apply for Holidays, please inquire.

WEEKLY RENTALS:
(7 nights, no Sat to Sat rentals but any other combination will work!)

$4200 – October.
$3100 – November through February.
$3400 – March/April.
$4500 – May.
$5800 – June.
$8300 – July and August.
$5700 – September.

MONTHLY RENTALS:
(4 weeks, check-in and check-out can be any day except Saturday)

Refundable Security Deposit Required.
Weekend/Mid-Week $400, Weekly $500, Monthly $1000
The security deposit is 100% refundable as long as no damage is done to the property and/or noise conduct issues.

Pets (Yes we are Pet Friendly, we love our pets!)
$150 additional deposit per pet and an additional $75 for weekend and $100 for weekly pet fee.

House Rules:

  • We cannot rent to anyone under the age of 21 or to graduation/prom parties. A parent signature is not sufficient. All occupants must be over 21 if a parent is not present.
  • Please keep noise levels low at all times, complaints of noise or conduct issues will result in loss of the entire security deposit.
  • Hosting a “party” at the property and/or exceeding the allowed capacity of the property is stickily prohibited.
  • If enjoying the Grill/BBQ the propane is provided free of charge. As a courtesy of us and the next guests in order to be able to continue to provide this fun feature it is a requirement to please clean the Grill/BBQ after yourself, thank you!
  • Concerning cleanup before your departure we ask guests to leave the property in the same general condition as it was received. We ask this so we can avoid charging a cleaning fee, most of the properties of this caliber and size in the area charge a mandatory cleaning fee of up to $200 on top of the rent amount. If the guest is able to complete some if this activity it saves on costs and those savings are passed onto the guest in the form of no cleaning fees. That being said we do offer a cleaning service and with this service all you need to do is collect and bag any trash, this service is $100 and still cheaper than most in the area. With this the guest has options where with other rentals you have no choice other than to pay the mandatory cleaning fee! If interested in the cleaning service or have any questions please feel very free to let me know!
  • Firearms, guns, or weapons of any kind are stickily prohibited on property grounds or inside the property.
  • Illegal substances and/or drugs of any kind are stickily prohibited on property grounds or inside the property.
  • Guest acknowledges the presence of two (2) exterior security cameras. By booking, you are consenting to video/sound being recorded on the exterior of the property. The security cameras face the front and back of the property, one is located outside at the front door the other is located on the outside back wall. There are no cameras inside the property or any that intrude on private space. Any tampering with or disconnecting cameras will result in immediate eviction of your stay without refund.
  • Tenant agrees to accept liability for any damages caused by Tenant or Tenant’s guests to the rental property and all property located on the premises (in excess of normal wear and tear). If damages are in excess of the security deposit being held, Tenant agrees to reimburse Owner for all costs incurred to repair/replace damaged items.
  • Personal Property and Liability: All personal property kept by Renter in said premises shall be and remain at Renter’s sole risk and Owner shall not be liable for any damages to, or loss of such personal property ensuing from any acts of negligence of any other persons, not from any problems with the rental unit from any other cause whatsoever, nor shall Owner be liable for any injury to the Renter or guests of the Renter in or about the premises. The Renter expressly agrees to deem the Owner harmless in all such cases.
